New Directors
for Phumelela Gaming
Mr. R. Cooper has been appointed
as a Non-Executive Director of Phumelela Gaming & Leisure
Limited with effect from the 14th of January 2009. A Chartered
Accountant and prior partner at KPMG, Cooper retired in
February 2008. He will be acting in the position of Chair
of the Audit Committee.
Mr. W.A. du Plessis has also been appointed – he has
taken up the position of Executive Director, as well as
the position of Chief Executive Office of both Phumelela
Gaming & Leisure and Phumelela Gold Enterprises.
