All Africa Poker Won

The All Africa Poker Tournament
was recently held at Piggs Peak Hotel and Casino. The R3,
5million pot attracted 113 players and the final table was
called after 20 hours of play.
The final table consisted
of Stewart Riley, Deon Minnaar, Steven Brown, Franco Lottering,
Aston Soon Shiong, Kevin Stani, Lino Pestana, Gareth Kalil,
Jonathan Voss and Reshaan Naidoo. The game ended with a
heads up match between Kalil with staggering 2, 160, 000
chips and Voss with 985, 000.
The winning hand was three
tens and earned Kalil a cool R1 million and entrance into
the Millionaires’ Hall of Fame. The next All Africa
Poker Tournament will be held from the 21st to the 24th
May 2009.
